    Case Study:  How JITC Empowered Sto. Niño de Taguig Parish with a Modern Digital Platform

    A vibrant spiritual community in Signal Village, Taguig City, Sto. Niño de Taguig Parish serves thousands of parishioners through liturgical services, sacraments, and community outreach. With increasing digital engagement needs, the parish aimed to create a modern online presence to complement its social media outreach and improve internal operations.

    Sto. Niño Challenges

    Before partnering with JITC, the parish faced these challenges:  

    No Dedicated Website Presence

    The parish relied mainly on Facebook for announcements and communication, which limited control and lacked essential analytics to measure parishioner engagement.  

    Manual, Paper-Based Forms for Sacraments

    Requests for baptism, marriage, and other church services were processed through manual forms, resulting in longer processing times and increased administrative burden.  

    Unstructured Scheduling of Services and Facilities

    Managing appointments for sacraments and reserving parish facilities for events required a lot of manual coordination, often leading to scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies.  

    Limited Engagement Channels Beyond Social Media

    Communication relied heavily on Facebook comments and private messages, which were hard to manage and track for parish staff.   

    Visibility Challenges

    Announcements were primarily posted on Facebook, limiting reach and consistency.  



    The Solution – Digital Transformation by JITC

    JITC introduced a fully responsive, feature-rich parish website that enhances the parish’s digital presence and streamlines internal processes. Instead of replacing Facebook, the new website complements it—offering capabilities that social media alone cannot provide:

    Content Management System (CMS) for News & Events

    To complement Facebook updates, the website includes a robust CMS that allows parish staff to easily post announcements and upcoming events. This ensures consistent and centralized communication while still maintaining social media presence.

    Digital Forms for Sacraments & Church Services

    We replaced manual, paper-based processes with secure, online forms for baptism, marriage, and other church-related services. This makes requests faster and more convenient for both parishioners and administrators.

        Page View Analytics

    Appointment & Facility Scheduling

    A built-in scheduling feature allows parishioners to book appointments for sacraments and events, while administrators can manage parish facilities like halls and chapels more efficiently—eliminating double-bookings and scheduling conflicts. 

    Visitor Metrics & Engagement Insights

    Unlike Facebook, the new website includes analytics tools that track unique visitors, page activity, and user engagement, providing valuable data to improve outreach strategies and community programs.

    Chatbot Integration

    To provide quick assistance, we integrated a chatbot that can answer FAQs, guide users to the right forms, and assist with Mass schedule inquiries—improving responsiveness and reducing staff workload.
